Sorry, not yet, but it does sound familiar. Any chance of getting a better quality sample? This one has some wicked phase (and volume)shifting going on that make it almost unlistenable. The chorus in particular is all distorted...
ReplyDeleteI'm not familiar with this one. It is a poor quality recording but it didn't ring any bells. I tried searching the lyrics but then I'm sure you did the same. I'll send it to some friends see if they heard it.

ReplyDeleteListening to the track, without reading-along with lyrics, I heard, "you left on a LATE NIGHT train" for the first line.

I'm trying to work on this to help you and it's driving me crazy. That voice is so familiar! All I can offer right now is my take on the lyrics, which differ from yours:
